CONTEST RULES - L’ODAÏTÈS x 100BON  

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZATION

The Competition Game, entitled "L’ODAÏTÈS x 100BON", hereinafter referred to as the "Game", is organized by the company NABILA & SOEURS, S.A.R.L. with a capital of 20,000 euros whose registered office is at 3 rue Bixio, 75007 Paris, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 531 842 797.

It will be referred to hereafter under the name "the Organizing Company".

This competition will run from 09/18/2021 8:00 a.m. (Paris time) to 09/26/2021 11:59 p.m. (Paris time) inclusive.

ARTICLE 2 - ACCESS CONDITIONS

The Organizing Company assumes no responsibility for the content and use of the Instagram site. Likewise, the Participant releases Instagram from any responsibility for the organization of this game and declares to be aware that Instagram is neither the manager nor the sponsor.

For the participation of minors under 18, parental authorization or their legal representative over 18 years old is required. The Winner must prove his age before receiving his prize. For any Winner under the age of 18, the Organizing Company reserves the right to request proof of the consent of one of the parents or his guardian, confirming their agreement to their child's participation in the game as well as the award. of the lot by the Organizing Company. ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Any entry that does not comply with the characteristics set out above will not be taken into account, as well as any entry received by mail will be rejected by the Organizing Company.

Participants agree not to implement or seek to implement any participation process that does not strictly comply with respect for the principles of the games and these regulations.

Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid. Any incomplete, erroneous or illegible entry or identification, whether intentionally or not, or made in a form other than that provided for in these rules will be considered void. In the event of multiple participation, only one image will be taken into account for the determination of the Winner.

ARTICLE 4 - DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER 

A winner will be chosen by random draw on September 27, 2021 among the participants who participated in the competition from September 18 to September 26, 2021.

ARTICLE 5 - PROVISION

The photographs or other illustrations used in any presentation medium for the Contest have no contractual value as to the characteristics of the prize finally awarded.

Regarding the lot for which the Organizing Company is neither manufacturer, supplier, seller, nor distributor, its liability is strictly limited to its delivery.

ARTICLE 6 - PROVISION OF ENDOWMENTS

The winner will be notified of his win no more than 3 working days after the draw which will take place on September 27, 2021. He will be contacted through his Instagram account to be informed of his win and the terms of delivery of the prize. To this end, he must communicate their name, first name, postal address, email address and telephone number within 7 days. The prize will be sent to the Winner within 30 days of its confirmation.

A Participant can only be the Winner of a single prize.

The responsibility of the Organizing Company cannot be incurred in the following cases:
